DLCD Invites Community Members to Submit Testimony on Oregon Housing Needs Analysis Draft Methodology
The Department of Administrative Services (DAS), the Department of Land Conversation and Development (DLCD), and Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) have published the Oregon Housing Needs Analysis (OHNA) Draft Methodology for public testimony open from September 12, 2024 to October 4, 2024.
Written comments on this interim methodology can be emailed to HCS.OHNA@hcs.oregon.gov or housing.dlcd@dlcd.oregon.gov until midnight on October 4, 2024, with the subject line: “Public Comment - OHNA Draft Methodology.”
Additionally, the Housing Stability Council (HSC) will review the report in October and the Land Conservation and Development Commission (LCDC) will hold an opportunity for public testimony on the draft methodology. Individuals can sign up to testify at the following web pages:

DAS, OHCS, and DLCD will consider comments after the public comment period closes. OHCS and DLCD will advise DAS to determine the Final Methodology. DAS will finalize and run the OHNA methodology by January 1, 2025.
