This message provides the notice of the Department of Land Conservation and Development rulemaking that you have requested.

Summary: 

The Land Conservation and Development Commission (LCDC) is considering adoption of amendments to update Tables 3 and 4 in OAR 660-038, Simplified Urban Growth Boundary Method, with more current employment and projected employment growth data.

The Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) is soliciting public comment regarding the proposed amendments to Tables 3 and 4, updating the tables with more current employment and projected employment growth data. A draft of the proposed rule amendments to Tables 3 and 4 and other notices and fiscal statements are available on DLCD’s website.

The meeting will be held June 27, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. virtually via Zoom and at The Deschutes County Services Building, 1300 NW Wall St., Bend, Oregon 97703.
