Rulemaking Advisory Committee Meeting: Farm & Forest Modernization Program Rulemaking

The Farm & Forest Modernization Program Rulemaking Advisory Committee (RAC) will meet for the fourth time on Tuesday, June 11th  from 9:00 a.m. to noon.  The meeting will take place virtually and will be livestreamed and recorded on the department’s YouTube channel.

DLCD staff have prepared a packet of background and introductory materials that can be viewed on the department’s Farm & Forest Modernization Program Rulemaking webpage..

The goal of this meeting of the RAC is to review the following topics which were added to the rulemaking charge by the Land Conservation and Development Commission at the April commission meeting. 

  • Discussion of multi-path permitting concerns 
  • Discussion on aligning rectangular templates for forest dwellings

The next RAC meeting is scheduled for July 12th.
