Oregon Housing Needs Analysis Rulemaking Advisory Committee Meeting Notice
The Oregon Housing Needs Analysis Rulemaking Advisory Committee (RAC) will meet for the first time on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to noon. The meeting will take place virtually and will be livestreamed and recorded on the department’s YouTube channel.
DLCD staff have prepared a packet of background and introductory materials that can be viewed on the department’s Housing Rulemaking webpage.
The goal of this first meeting of the RAC is to:
- Introduce members of the committee to each other,
- Review the regulatory and legislative context of the Oregon Housing Needs Analysis,
- Review the major policy work to be completed,
- Outline committee member roles and responsibilities, and
- Discuss the rulemaking decision-making framework.
The next meeting of the Rulemaking Advisory Committee will take place December 12 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. RAC meetings will resume in March 2024. Staff will poll committee members to determine future meeting dates of the RAC. Staff will post meeting materials for future RAC meetings and share the announcement by email when materials are published on the department’s website.
