What is Supported Employment?
ODDS funds supported employment services that help people with developmental disabilities find, keep and advance in jobs in the community. These services give support like learning job skills, finding work and getting help on the job. The goal is for everyone to work in regular jobs with competitive wages alongside people without disabilities.
