Share your VR experience with the State Rehabilitation Council
The State Rehabilitation Council (SRC) is a group of people who work on making Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) better. It is separate from VR.
If you are receiving VR services and want to provide feedback to the State Rehabilitation Council, here are two ways you can do that.
These opportunities are not required. Your feedback helps the council provide suggestions to the VR program to help make services better.
Listening Session
The SRC hosts listening sessions every three months for VR clients and their families and advocates. Please join us to share your VR experiences with the SRC and let us know how things are going for you.
- Each person will have around five minutes to speak.
- You are not required to attend this meeting.
- Your VR counselor will not be there.
When: December 11, 2025, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Where: This meeting will be held online on Zoom. You may attend the meeting from your phone or your computer. Use this link to join the meeting. You do not need to sign up ahead of time.

VR Client Satisfaction Survey
You can also go to the Client Satisfaction Survey and fill it out to the best of your ability. You are not required to take the survey.
The survey will ask you about:
- How you received VR services.
- Your experience with VR staff.
- Optional demographic questions about you like age, race and ethnicity, and disability. This information helps VR learn how different communities are served across the state.
The survey is anonymous. We will not ask for any identifying information about you like your name or phone number. The data will be used to see what the VR program is doing well and how it can do better.
Results
Results of your feedback can be seen on the SRC website at www.orsrc.org in the reports section. Information shared through these feedback opportunities helps leadership create goals and priorities for the program. You can see VR's goals and priorities in the State Plan for Services.
Accommodation requests
Everyone has a right to participate in these opportunities for comment. Some examples of free help we can provide include spoken language interpreters at the public meetings and written materials in other languages, Braille, large print, audio, and other formats. Although every effort will be made to arrange accommodations with 48 hours’ notice, the SRC requests two weeks’ notice to ensure accommodations. Contact ORSRC.VR@odhs.oregon.gov for help.
