Nov. 7, 2025
The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) will issue 100% of November Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits to all eligible Oregonians today, Nov. 7, 2025.
This means all people in Oregon who receive SNAP will see their full November benefits loaded to their Oregon EBT cards today, even if they are normally scheduled to receive benefits later in the month, such as on the 8th or 9th of the month.
ODHS knows how important these benefits are to families across Oregon and is working quickly with its EBT card vendor to make sure benefits are available as soon as possible.
“Oregonians rely on these benefits to feed their families,” said Liesl Wendt, acting Director of ODHS. “We know the uncertainty over the past few weeks has been stressful for you and for the people we serve. As usual, ODHS staff were the first to step up to help their neighbors, from providing compassionate customer service to holding food drives to make sure no one went hungry. Your actions show the best of ODHS.”

Resource spotlight: tips to share with customers
As people resume using their SNAP benefits, please share these important reminders.
-
Before shopping, people should check their EBT card balance to make sure their benefits have been issued. There are several ways to find out how much money is in their account.
-
Call customer service toll-free at 888-997-4447.
-
If you have the ebtEDGE mobile app, you can check your balance there. Only use the official ebtEDGE website and mobile app for Apple or Android. ODHS does not support any other EBT management apps or websites.
If people are expecting a SNAP balance and don’t see one, they should call the ONE Customer Service Center at 800-699-9075.
