Beginning July 14, family coaches will no longer process eligibility—except for Temporary Assistance for Domestic Violence Survivors (TA-DVS). That is because eligibility is shifting from Self-Sufficiency Programs (SSP) to the Oregon Eligibility Partnership (OEP). Tools to help prepare are available now or coming soon to support this transition.

We’ve rolled out a new round of updates to improve the experience for everyone using EligiBot. Whether it is new to you or you use it daily, these changes are designed to make your workday a little smoother.

When a person tells us they’ve moved out of Oregon and want to close their benefits, please don’t use the “Withdraw” action. While it might seem like a quick fix, it skips important steps. As a result, a person may miss critical termination notices, which can lead to confusion and delays in their next steps. There is a process to follow to make sure the person's info is accurately updated.

Office names in District 6, that's Douglas County, and District 7—that's Coos and Curry counties—are getting an update in the ONE Eligibility system, effective June 27, 2025. These changes will only appear in the ONE Eligibility system and other connected internal systems. External signs and public-facing materials will stay the same.

Electronic theft of benefits from Oregon EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) cards is increasing. Outreach tools to help raise awareness and support prevention are now available in additional languages. The brochure, flyer and wallet card are on the Protect Your EBT Card and Benefits and the ODHS/OHA Publications and Forms webpages.

SNAP accuracy starts here: Explore resources to strengthen your SNAP accuracy today. Visit the Oregon Eligibility Partnership Learning and Engagement Team (OEP-LET), SNAP and the OEP Quality Assurance OWL pages for regular opportunities to sharpen your skills and improve case outcomes.

The Scheduling and Maintaining Appointments Eligibility Guide was updated. Key changes include ONE Customer Service Center staff can now schedule FTF appointments on local office boards, a table showing when to use local prescheduling, clarified Choice Counseling interview reason, added timing for marking appointments as missed, with links to Phone Contact and Local Visit EGs and new guidance and link for Community Board scheduling.

The Overpayment Referral Submission Eligibility Guide was updated to change the overpayment submission process in the ONE Eligibility system and added clarity on referral thresholds.

The Behavioral Health and Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Eligibility Guide helps staff navigate service cases with active BH or I/DD service records. It explains the BH and I/DD SELG types and how they align with the ONE Eligibility system's Type of Assistance (TOA). The guide also clarifies how to interpret eligibility outcomes, where to send BH service referrals, and how to respond to applicant questions. Additional resources are included at the end of the guide for further support. As part of this update, content from the Service Categories for Eligibility Workers Eligibility Guide has been merged into the BH and I/DD Eligibility Guide.

Clarification about the new Lottery and Gambling Winnings Eligibility Guide, this guide includes instruction for entering the resource in the various locations in the ONE Eligibility system for all programs, including entering the information when the winnings is considered income for one program and a resource of another program.

The Hand-Off to Family Coach ETOP has been retired and is replaced by the Cash Assistance Hand-Off to Family Coach Eligibility Guide.

OEP-PT-25-021: Pay Stub Entry Assistant will use Optimized Character Recognition (OCR) technology to streamline processing pay stubs submitted through a ONE Online account or the Oregon ONE Mobile app in response to requests for information (RFI).
OEP-IM-25-022: The APD Non-MAGI Financial Eligibility Staff Tools page has a new look, and new resources have been added.

IBP 25-013: Unable to issue TADVS check: General Eligibility Exception Red Banner error.
IBP 25-012: TA-DVS payments are being incorrectly denied with a reason “Individual is not receiving TA-DVS” instead of pending. This is occurring when answer “No” or “Not Applicable” to the question “Verified Amount. A system fix has been approved for a future ONE system update, until corrected please follow steps outlined in the IBP.
