The Background Check Unit has filed permanent rules for background checks on employees, volunteers, and contractors of the Oregon Department of Human Services and the Oregon Health Authority.
After the rulemaking process, the following rules are now permanent with an effective date of 3/27/2024:
Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR): 407-007-0000, 407-007-0010, 407-007-0020, 407-007-0041, 407-007-0060, 407-007-0070, 407-007-0430.
