The 90-day reconsideration period is the time after someone's Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) and/or non-MAGI medical benefits end because they didn't respond to a renewal form or a Request for Information (RFI). It lasts for 90 days from the day after their benefits end.

As part of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency Unwinding (PHEU), limited Oregon Supplemental Income Program-Medical (OSIPM) restoration, medical Ex-Parte renewal efforts, and Continuous Eligibility (CE) expansion, some medical renewal due dates and reply-by dates have been updated in recent months and will be updated again in upcoming months. Staff should maintain excellent customer service for Community Partners accessing Oregon Eligibility Partnership (OEP) services, regardless of their preferred method. Avoid redirecting Community Partners to the CP-focused team at the ONE Customer Service Center unless they're inquiring about an email they sent to the CP-focused team support email box. Staff can provide the direct phone number to the CP-focused team for partners with an assistor number. Refer to the FAQs for more information about the CP-focused team.

Interim and temporary business processes
TBP-24-002: As of May 31, 2024, the waiver allowing us to use the Periodic Report process and form to process SNAP renewals will end. This temporary business process is the transition plan for returning to processing renewals as required without the waiver.
TBP 24-003: The recent March 4, 2024, upgrade to the Oregon Employment Department (OED) system, FRANCES has rendered the ECLM screen and any related screens like EPC2 inaccurate. These screens should not be used to determine eligibility.
