Winding down the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency webinars
Join ODHS and OHA for webinars about how the two agencies are working together to wind down the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency. Webinars are held in English and Spanish from 10 to 11 a.m. Pacific Time.

Hospice program rates effective Oct. 1, 2023
OHA has updated the fee-for-service payment rates for the Hospice Services program. The rates are posted on the Hospice Services rules and guidelines page. These rates are for care and services provided from October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024.
The Nursing Facility rates were updated effective July 1, 2023.
Note: The Enhanced Wage Add-on program ended June 30, 2023. OHA will pay enhanced rates for dates of service from Oct. 1, 2021, through June 30, 2023.
Billing for outpatient dialysis provided to Citizenship Waived Medical (CWM) members through June 30, 2023
HCPCS code J0879 (Injection, difelikefalin, 0.1 microgram, for ESRD on dialysis) is set up for manual pricing. When billing this code for services provided to CWM members before July 1, 2023, please report the National Drug Code (NDC) for the administered drug.
Oregon Health Plan covers travel and nonroutine adult vaccines starting Oct. 1, 2023
Starting Oct. 1, 2023, the Oregon Health Plan will cover nonroutine vaccines that the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices recommends for adults. To reflect this change, OHA:
