There have been changes to the following deliverables in the 2023 CCO contract:
- Exhibit M, Section 14, Paragraph b: Comprehensive Behavioral Health Plan update and progress report (“CBHP”) due by 12/31/23 per the 5/31/23 extension memo.
- Exhibit M, Section 23, Paragraph a: Annual Behavioral Health Report (“Annual BH Report”) due by 12/31/23 per the 5/31/23 extension memo.
OHA will waive submission of the 2023 Annual BH Report as a standalone deliverable. Instead, OHA will integrate some key metrics from the Annual BH Report into the CBHP. The 2023 CBHP reporting template, which will be provided to CCOs by 10/2/2023, will include a new section for CCOs to provide data for the selected metrics. The due date remains 12/31/23.
OHA’s decision to combine these reports is an early result of the deliverables redesign work with CCOs. OHA will make this change in the 2024 CCO contract restatement.
