Are you an Oregon Health Plan (OHP) Open Card member? Do you work with OHP Open Card members? Oregon Health Authority (OHA) is seeking candidates to serve on the very first Open Card Community Advisory Committee! Your experiences are valuable to OHA and will help shape policy and program decisions.
The Lived Experience Advisory Panel (LEAP) is looking for at least 15 people from across the state who represent the diversity of Oregonians and who identify with one or more of the following groups:
- Past or present OHP Open Card members (or direct family/caretakers of members)
- Community Health Workers
- Certified OHP assisters
- OHP member advocates

If you are interested, please complete the online application here. The application is also available in a Word document or PDF format. It can be completed via email or phone and is available in Spanish. Applications will be accepted until September 30, 2023.
**Stipend and/or travel reimbursement available for eligible members.**
Support Services
Everyone has a right to know about and use OHA programs and services. Some examples of the free help OHA can provide are:
- Sign language and spoken language interpreters
- CART (live captions)
- Written materials in other languages
- Braille
- Large print
- Audio and other formats
