The Release Notes are posted after the build. Release Notes details resolved issues, change requests and additional enhancements that went into this system update.

Interim Business Processes (IBP) retired with this build:
- IBP 23-021: ‘Other Documentation’ is not recognized as a valid medical verification source for liquid resources. ONE will be updated to not generate a request for information (RFI).
- IBP 23-025: Valid verification sources entered for citizenship are not being recognized for TA-DVS. ONE will recognize all valid citizenship verification sources for TA-DVS eligibility.
- IBP 23-026: SNAP students of higher education are being incorrectly denied when eligible through participation in a state or federally funded work study program. ONE will display questions on the Education screen related to work study exemptions that were hidden during the Public Health Emergency.

Additional Enhancements and Fixes:
ONE will no longer consider inactive Noncompliance records when performing CASH evaluations in Worker Portal.
- The Non-Compliance information from the inactive records on a case, will not be used going forward for CASH evaluations when determining eligibility.
JOBS Plus income will no longer be counted when transitioning to SNAP Traditional Benefits Alternative (TBA).
- JOBS plus income will not be counted in the TBA eligibility determination group (EDG) when TANF closes and SNAP transitions into TBA.
- During TBA transition, the TBA EDG will copy the last ‘approved’ and ‘to be issued’ SNAP month with the TANF grant amount and the JOBS plus income removed.
Non-MAGI types of assistance (TOA) 'Other Documentation' will be available as a value in the Asset Verification screen.
- New dropdown option 'Other Documentation' will be available for Non-MAGI TOAs in Asset Verification. When selected, a request for information (RFI) will not be generated. This update retires IBP 23-021.

New warning for Non-citizen Details screen when 'Date Status Granted' is missing.
- When the “Date Status Granted” field is left blank, a new warning message will appear.
- New warning message:
- 'Date Status Granted' is missing. Enter the 'Date Status Granted' from immigration documents as some programs need 'Date Status Granted' to determine eligibility.
Benefit Renewal Date changing to Benefit End date in Approved Benefits section in the Combined Notice of Eligibility.
The Combined Notice of Eligibility (Medical) (MED-005) will update the following sections:

To – These are the medical benefits you have. They begin on the ‘Benefit Start Date’ and will renew or end on the ‘Benefit Renewal/End Date,’ unless something changes.
Employment Related Day Care (ERDC): Authorized Work Search (AWS) to be correctly applied for end dated student records.
- For cases where the only qualifying ERDC activity is for an enrolled student, AWS will be applied when the enrollment record is end dated. Cases could receive AWS up to three months past the end of the certification end date.
New validation and error message that a New Child Support Cooperation Record is required for TANF when case has preexisting medical eligibility.
- Child Support Cooperation screen selection the 'Next' Button will require a new cooperation record reflecting “Both” in the Program field
- “A 'new' cooperation record is required for each individual who is required to cooperate for each program at intake, renewal, changes in cooperation, adding a child or when a two parent or caretaker case becomes a single parent or caretaker case.”

You will lose food benefits.

- Hide information or make false statements;
- Use Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) cards that belong to someone else;
- Use food benefits to buy alcohol or tobacco;
- Trade or sell benefits or EBT cards;
- Dump containers only for the cash redemption value;
- Resell food bought with food benefits for cash.

- 12 months for the first offense;
- 24 months for the second offense;
- Permanently for the third offense.
|
- Trade food benefits for controlled substances such as drugs.
|
- 24 months for the first offense;
- Permanently for the second offense.
|
- Trade food benefits for firearms, ammunition or explosives.
|
|
- Trade, buy or sell food benefits of $500 or more.
|
|
- Give false information about who you are or where you live so you can get extra food benefits.
|
- 10 years for each offense.
|
You can also be fined up to $250,000 or put in prison for up to 20 years or both, for doing these things. You may also be charged under other federal laws.

- Transfer your EBT cards to other people;
- Acquire or possess EBT cards that are not yours.

- Guilty of a felony or misdemeanor;
- Fined;
