As of July 1, 2023, people of any age or immigration status may be eligible for full OHP benefits. Full OHP covers services such as:
- Medical, dental, and mental health care
- Prescriptions and tests
- X-rays and hospital care
- Rides to and from health care appointments
- Other services and supports

Rules Advisory Committee for proposed non-emergent medical transportation rule changes effective Jan. 1, 2024
OHA is holding a Rules Advisory Committee (RAC) to discuss proposed changes to non-emergent medical transportation rules for the Medical Transportation (Division 136) and Oregon Health Plan (Division 141) Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) programs.

OHA will limit RAC membership to one person per organization or affected community.
- To join as a RAC member representing your organization, please email Michelle Meuwissen.
- At the RAC, members will provide important input that will help to develop rules and better understand the impacts of the proposed rule changes.
Anyone may also attend the RAC without being a RAC member. RAC attendees, as well as anyone unable to attend, can also provide feedback about the proposed rules during the public comment period.
Please feel free to share this information with groups and/or individuals who may be interested in providing input about the proposed rule changes.
