Agenda: The Council will discuss centering equity in System of Care Advisory Council (SOCAC) work. There will be time for public comment, SOC - related legislation, and addressing the pregnancy to prison pipeline. Other business matters will also be discussed.

Background: Senate Bill 1 (2019) established a Governor-appointed System of Care Advisory Council to improve the efficacy and effectiveness of the state and local continuum of care that provides services to youth and young adults.
Everyone has a right to know about and use Oregon Health Authority (OHA) programs and services. OHA provides free help. Some examples of the free help OHA can provide:
- Sign language and spoken language interpreters
- Written materials in other languages
- Braille
- Large print
- Audio and other formats
