Learn more about the OHP 1115 Medicaid Waiver for 2022-2027
Changes are coming to OHP. The OHP 1115 Medicaid waiver now allows OHP to:
- Help to meet the social needs of members going through life transitions, starting Jan. 1, 2024.
- Keep children enrolled through their sixth birthday.
- Keep adults enrolled for two continuous years, even if their eligibility status changes.
- Expand benefits for children, starting Jan. 1, 2023.
In this webinar, OHA will provide updates about Oregon’s work to make these changes happen. We would also like to hear your feedback and learn what interests you as OHA works toward changes for 2024.

Everyone has a right to know about and use OHA programs and services. OHA provides free help. Some examples of the free help OHA can provide are:
- Sign language and spoken language interpreters
- Written materials in other languages
- Braille

Extension of temporary rate increase for Enhanced Care Services, effective April 1, 2023
In recognition of the ongoing need to invest in Enhanced Care Services, OHA is extending the temporary rate increase for Enhanced Care Services (ECS) an additional three months. This means OHA will continue to reimburse ECS providers $405.03 per day, through June 30, 2023.
To receive the enhanced rate, ECS providers must bill using procedure code H2013 (not H2018) and the HK modifier.
