What: The Advance Directive Advisory Committee will hold a meeting.
Agenda: New member introductions and fulfilling statutory requirements of the committee.
When: Thursday, Feb. 23, 9-11 a.m. The meeting is open to the public. A public comment period will be held at the end of the meeting.

Background: The Advance Directive Advisory Committee provides guidance to Oregon Health Authority on necessary revisions to Oregon’s Advance Directive form.
