Subject: EXTENDED — 5% COVID-19 rate increase

On Friday, Dec. 9, ODDS received approval to continue the emergency 5% Covid-19 rate increase through June 30, 2023.

Services receiving the continued 5% increase include:

  • Professional behavior services
  • Children’s foster care
  • Child and adult group homes
  • Host Homes
  • Day support activities
  • Employment

For add-ons, ODDS has already included the 5% increase for children’s residential rates. Regarding add-ons for all other services’ rates, we will run a manual process that will pay out the 5% difference quarterly.

If you have questions about this, please direct them to ODDS.questions@odhsoha.oregon.gov.

Sincerely,

Office of Developmental Disabilities Services
