Date: September 22, 2022 Contact: Jesse Anderson, State Plan Manager Comments due: 5 p.m. Monday, October 7, 2022 The Oregon Health Authority will submit a State Plan Amendment to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services that revises Oregon’s 1915(k) state plan with a new rate model for services provided through the Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS). The revision is part of the Compass Project, designed to refine Oregon’s developmental disabilities system to be more person-centered. ODDS is preparing to implement the new rate model for most ODDS services. OHA welcomes public input. To learn more, read the public notice from OHA.
