What: A public listening session for the Oregon Psilocybin Services Section.
Agenda: A short overview of the rulemaking process will be presented at the beginning of each session. The remainder of time will be reserved for open public comment. Background: The Oregon Psilocybin Services (OPS) Section will hold a series of three virtual public listening sessions in July 2022. The listening sessions are an opportunity for the public to share their comments, ideas, questions and concerns about the requirements for Ballot Measure 109, the Oregon Psilocybin Services Act.

Everyone has a right to know about and use Oregon Health Authority (OHA) programs and services. OHA provides free help. Some examples of the free help OHA can provide are:
