This is an update regarding your approved exception to Executive Order 21-29 requiring vaccination against COVID-19 as a condition of employment based on a deeply held religious belief and/or a qualifying medical condition under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
ODHS reassessed your approved accommodation(s) and safety requirement(s) due to the current state of the public health emergency. The requirement to wear an N95 mask is now updated to require the use of an N95 or a KN95 mask. The agency will continue to supply the N95 mask. If you choose to wear a KN95 mask instead, you may do so at your own expense.
This temporary accommodation(s) and associated requirement(s) is/are approved through May 15, 2022, at which time they will be reassessed.
If you have questions regarding this change, please contact your assigned Human Resource Business Partner APD/IDD/VR/Shared & Central or CW & SSP.
