As COVID-19 cases surge at an alarming rate, the Oregon Department of Human Services and Oregon Health Authority have established an Incident Management Team (IMT) to support the state’s health system.
We have an urgent need for staff with specific skills in four areas. If you have team members with the skills listed below, please ask if anyone is willing to serve in this temporary capacity. Assignments are fulltime for 45 days. Kindly reach out to Kirsten Aird, cell phone: 503-793-9119.

Six Fiscal Analyst 1 and 2 employees with access and experience with systems that document and process payments.

Five Operations and Policy Analyst-3 or Public Affairs Specialist-3 employees to serve as regional long-term care facility liaison. Experience and familiarity with the health system is a plus.

At least two Public Health Nurses, or nurses in general, to help manage communication and supports for end-of- life services, hospice, long-term care facilities.
- Two Administrative Specialist-2 employees with Excel, SmartSheet and documentation tracking experience.
