What: The regular public meeting of the Drug Treatment and Recovery Act (Measure 110) Oversight and Accountability Council will open with an executive session.
Agenda: The OAC will receive Department of Justice guidance on Measure 110 and Behavioral Health Resource Networks (BHRN) contracting from 1:30 to 2 p.m. The first 30 minutes will not be open to the public but will be open to the media. The regular, public OAC meeting will occur from 2 to 3:30 p.m.

Purpose: The Drug Treatment and Recovery Act (Measure 110) Oversight and Accountability Council oversees the establishment of Behavioral Health Resource Networks throughout Oregon. The OAC will hold regular meetings to accomplish the necessary steps to fund and set up the centers.
