Webinar Topic: Medicaid Advisory Committee – Advancing Consumer Experience Subcommittee Recommendations
Purpose: This educational webinar will update the Oregon Health Policy Board and members of the public about work of the Medicaid Advisory Committee’s Advancing Consumer Experience Subcommittee including an overview of:
1) Subcommittee background and purpose;
2) Common concerns of Oregon Health Plan (OHP) members; and
3) Recommendations for improving OHP consumer experience.
Oregon Health Policy Board educational webinars are for informational purposes only. Board member attendance is optional, and no official business will be conducted.
