You may be wondering how to tell if the vaccine information you uploaded to Workday was verified. The ODHS Workday team has you covered. Check out the detailed job aid that provides step-by-step instructions on how to confirm your information was received and verified. Don't worry, vaccine documents are are only visible to people with a business reason to know including Human Resources (HR) executives, HR partners, Americans with Disabilities Act coordinators and COVID vaccine coordinators. As the pandemic continues, cyber-criminals are capitalizing on each new anxiety. To find out how to identify phishing emails and report them, review the new “Stop. Look. Think. Report!” flyer from the Information Security and Privacy Office.
Watch this one-minute video that explains who must wear a face covering at ODHS locations. All ODHS staff and visitors are required to wear a face covering when at an ODHS office. Governor Kate Brown reinstituted mask requirements in indoor and crowded outdoor public settings in August 2021.
It is important to remember that wearing an N95 mask does not indicate vaccine status. ODHS has provided N95 masks for staff and visitors throughout the pandemic. Many choose to wear an N95 for the extra protection it brings.
