If you need to get vaccinated, the last date you can begin the vaccine series to meet the deadline is different for each of the three vaccines. An infographic shows the key dates you need to know.

Login to Workday to complete the three tasks related to the vaccine requirement:
- Read and acknowledge the policy
- Submit vaccine information and upload your vaccine card, or
- Submit an exception request
DAS developed resources for all employees, including a Workday job aid for submitting documentation.
The ODHS Human Resources team is working as quickly as possible to process the exception requests in Workday. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
All state employees are required to be fully vaccinated by Oct. 18, 2021, as a condition of employment. Bargaining will not impact the deadline.
We know this requirement has made many people feel nervous, upset, and even angry. We all must practice compassion and understanding for people of all backgrounds and faiths as we work through this change together.
