Update Regarding OAR 333-019-1010 Vaccination Requirements for Healthcare Providers and Healthcare Staff in Healthcare Settings
Oregon Department of Human Services sent this bulletin at 08/30/2021 09:43 AM PDTThe Oregon Health Authority (Authority), Public Health Division's OAR 333-019-1010 pertaining to vaccination requirements for healthcare providers and healthcare staff in healthcare settings to control COVID-19 previously included a testing option in Temporary Administrative Order PH-34-2021. The testing option is eliminated with the current requirement.
This temporary rule is effective August 25, 2021, through January 31, 2022.
