Explaining Passive Enrollment

Hello,

PEBB will be hosting a webinar next Wednesday, September 23 from 10 a.m. to noon. We will be discussing our PASSIVE open enrollment coming up this October and what this means for the PEBB membership.

Medical Opt Out

Do I need to do anything?

New Hires from November 1, 2019 forward

Do you just want to keep your lower deductible?
Do you also want the $17.50 monetary incentive?

Didn’t participate in HEM 2020 but want to for 2021

What do I need to do?

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Enrollments (Dependent and Health Care)

Enrollment required for anyone wanting to keep or newly enroll in a Dependent or Health Care FSA

New $5/month Double Coverage Surcharge

Only pertains to full time employees
Only pertain to medical coverage
Only for OEBB/OEBB, PEBB/PEBB or OEBB/PEBB coverage
