OHA has released an updated OHP 3113 enrollment form for providers who do not bill OHP directly. The new form:
- Can be used for enrollment of new or inactive providers, updates and revalidation
- Includes a new instructions page, the 10-page Provider Enrollment Agreement, and larger form fields to answer key questions
While longer, we hope the form will be simpler to complete. The new form also ensures that all providers are aware of, and acknowledge by signature, their obligations as an Oregon Medicaid provider.
While Provider Enrollment will accept old versions of the form until September 30, 2020, we encourage all providers to begin using it immediately.
With the “Online RA” role in the Provider Web Portal at https://www.or-medicaid.gov, you can view and download electronic copies of all remittance advices (RAs) that OHA issued for your provider ID as far back as September 2014. The online RA:
- Is identical to the paper RA. The only difference is that paper RAs have an issue date of the Friday of each claim processing cycle, while the online RAs have a Saturday issue date.
- Can be printed as needed, so you no longer need to wait for the paper RA to come in the mail.
Moving to online RAs saves time, paper and money.
- Since the online RA became available in March 2016, OHA has printed and mailed over 12 million pages of paper RAs.
- In an average week, that's 45,000 pages that providers can already access online for free.
To stop getting paper RAs, users with the "Online RA" role just need to click the "Stop Paper RAs" button at the bottom of the panel. Learn more in OHA's online RA guide.
As we work toward reopening Oregon, we want to make sure you have the resources you need to keep informed, healthy and safe. If you have any questions about OHP and COVID-19, please let us know.
