Subject: Temporary Rulemaking - OAR 409-045-0000 (ACPCI)
The Oregon Health Authority, Office for Oregon Health Policy and Research has filed a temporary rule to comply with the mandates of House Bill 2009, which transferred rulemaking authority for the Advisory Committee on Physician Credentialing Information (ACPCI) from the Insurance Division, Department of Consumer and Business Services (OAR 836-052-0900) to the Oregon Health Authority, Office for Oregon Health Policy and Research (OAR 409-045-0000).
This temporary rulemaking moves the existing rule from OAR 836-052-0900 to OAR 409-045-0000) and is available on the OHPR Website at: http://www.oregon.gov/OHA/OHPR/rulemaking/index.shtml.
