The division has updated the statewide interpretation regarding the agricultural building exemption to the Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC) and wineries. -

Dog training facilities exemption
HB 3318 (2021) expanded the exemption from applying the Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC) to include dog training facilities. The division has issued an interpretation to clarify the new exemption. - View the interpretation.
