Enterprise Information Services is announcing an important leadership transition within the Project Portfolio Performance (P3) team. After an incredible 34 years of state service, P3 Director Bettina Davis has retired, and we are pleased to announce that Debbie Dennis has stepped into the role of P3 Director to ensure continuity and a smooth handoff.
Debbie Dennis brings extensive experience collaborating with statewide partners on technology strategy, governance, and major programs. Her work frequently spans budgeting, oversight, and enterprise initiatives.
