The Oregon Board of Pharmacy is proposing to adopt the following rules:
November 22, 2022 Rulemaking Hearing Information
Please review and provide comment on proposed draft rule language including the Fiscal Impact statement and Racial Equity statement. You can find the filing notices and rule text on our website.
The rulemaking hearing will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on 11/22/2022 at 9:30AM. If you wish to present oral testimony during this hearing, sign up on our website or email your first and last name, email address and which rules you would like to comment on to pharmacy.rulemaking@bop.oregon.gov to receive the link to join the virtual meeting.
