Notice - Lebanon State Airport Runway and Taxiway Surface Seal Project Starting Summer 2026

The Oregon Department of Aviation is planning to start the Lebanon State Airport Runway and Taxiway Surface Seal Project this summer, 2026. 

This project will include crack seal, pavement patching, surface seal, and new pavement markings on the runway, west taxiways. 

The runway and west taxiways are expected to be closed for up to 8 days between 2 work areas. Once the grants are issued and the contract is signed, we will share project start dates and phasing as soon as that information is available. 

Important Operating Information

(!) When the runway is closed, fixed wing aircraft will not be able to arrive or depart at Lebanon until the runway reopens. The runway may reopen while work is being done on the taxiways. Access to the west hangars may be restricted depending on taxiway closures. 

(!!) Please check NOTAMs for closure times and the most current airport surface closures. Helicopters may arrive or depart directly to/from open areas of the airport.

(!!!) As always, please remain outside of, and avoid low flight over closed work areas.
