Mulino State Airport (5S4) - Taxiway/Taxilane Closure for Pavement Maintenance 10/2 & 10/3
Oregon Department of Aviation sent this bulletin at 09/25/2025 04:49 PM PDTCorrection - The days that the work will be occurring have been corrected below. Please disregard previous notices.
Update- The Oregon Department of Aviation's Pavement Maintenance Program (PMP), which has recently completed asphalt patching and joint repairs, will be performing additional pavement work at the Mulino State Airport (4S9) Thursday October 2nd and Friday October 3rd.
This work will include asphalt patching and crack seal on the parallel taxiway and hangar taxilanes.

The Schedule:
- 7am to 7pm* Thursday October 2nd - North half of the parallel taxiway and southwest hangar pad taxilanes will be closed
- 7am to 7pm* Friday October 3rd - South half of the parallel taxiway and east hangar taxilanes will be closed
*Reopening times are subject to change.
We will reopen the taxiway and taxilanes as soon as this work is finished.
(!) Please check NOTAMs for closure times and the most current airport surface closures.
(!!) Back taxi on the runway may be required to/from the runway, please use caution for congestion while the taxiway is partially closed.
(!!!) Helicopters may arrive or depart directly to/from open areas of the airport. As always, please remain outside of, and avoid low flight over closed work areas.
