Reminder/Update - Cottage Grove Runway and Taxiway Surface Seal Project Started 9/22

Reminder - The Cottage Grove State Airport Runway and Taxiway Surface Seal Project is in progress.

This project includes crack seal, surface seal, and new pavement markings on the runway and taxiways. 

Update - The project is moving along faster than anticipated, and both work areas are expected to be completed Saturday September 27th. Please check NOTAMs for the latest information on surface closures and the status of the runway.

(!) When the runway is closed, fixed wing aircraft will not be able to arrive or depart at Cottage Grove until the runway reopens. The runway may reopen temporarily throughout the project while work is being done on the taxiways. Back-taxi may be required depending on taxiway closures. 

(!!) Please check NOTAMs for closure times and the most current airport surface closures. Helicopters may arrive or depart directly to/from open areas of the airport. As always, please remain outside of, and avoid low flight over closed work areas.
