Wasco State Airport - Markings Refresh 8/5

The Oregon Department of Aviation will be refreshing airfield markings at the Wasco State Airport (35S) Tuesday August 5th.

Staff will be applying markings on the runway, taxiways, and aprons.

The runway will be closed at 35S beginning 7am Tuesday August 5th for painting. 

We will reopen the runway as soon as this work is finished. Work may continue on the taxiways and apron after the runway is reopened.

(!) Please check NOTAMs for closure times and the most current airport surface closures.

(!!) Helicopters may arrive or depart directly to/from open areas of the airport. As always, please remain outside of, and avoid low flight over closed work areas.
