Update - Nehalem Bay State Airport - Reopening
Oregon Department of Aviation sent this bulletin at 07/01/2025 05:22 PM PDT
Update: The Oregon Parks and Recreation Department is reopening most of the Nehalem Bay State Park after a 7-month construction closure.
Starting July 1st, Aviators may:
- Land, tiedown, and picnic
- Use the fly-in camp, and the D, E, F, and Horse Loops as well as the hiker/biker area.
- Use potable water at the airport and day use areas.
- Use the C Loop building, or E and F buildings for showers
