The OWRB is offering well drillers “well log amnesty” and waiving late fines through July 31, 2025, for submission of any well logs or plugging reports that are past the 60-day filing period after well completion.

To take advantage of this special offer, either log into our well driller’s app or mail in missing well logs or plugging reports.  Contact the OWRB’s well drillers section by phone or email to let us know that you have made a submission of an overdue log or report.  If you file online, be sure to include the total number of logs or reports filed along with the well IDs.

Be sure to get your submissions in by July 31! After July 31, if a well log or plugging report has not been filed during the 60-day period following completion, a fine of $250 will be assessed for the first offense and $500 for supplementary offenses.
