Applications for FY 2025 OWRB REAP
Grants Open July 1, 2024!
Applications for OWRB Rural Economic Action Plan (REAP) Grants for FY 2025 will open on July 1, 2024.
OWRB REAP Grants may provide up to $150,000 per project per applicant per fiscal year for funding projects related to water and wastewater systems with no local match required.
Is Your Project Eligible for a REAP Grant?
OWRB REAP Grants may be available for projects related to water and wastewater systems for:
- Counties, towns, and municipalities
- Public works authorities
- School districts
- Districts formed under Title 82 of the State’s statutes as follows:
- Water conservancy districts
- Rural water and/or sewage districts
- Irrigation districts
Entities must have a population of 7,000 or less. Priority is given to entities with a population less than 1,750, school districts with less than 525 students, and rural water districts with less than 525 non-pasture taps.

FY 2025 OWRB REAP Grant Dates To Remember
July 1, 2024 - OWRB begins accepting applications
July 2, 2024 - ORWB REAP Application Virtual Training
September 3, 2024 - All completed applications must be submitted with supporting documentation and received by OWRB no later than 5 p.m. to be considered for grant ranking.
