State Revolving Fund Opportunities, Resources and Tools
Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) is administered by the Oklahoma Water Resources Board
Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) is co-administered between Oklahoma Water Resources Board and Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality
Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) funding for eligible water and wastewater projects will travel through the State Revolving Funds (Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds).
BIL funding began state fiscal year (SFY) 2023 and will carry through SFY 2028.
