Call for Wastewater/Nonpoint Source Pollution Control Projects

Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) State Fiscal Year 2020 Project Priority List As part of the CWSRF's strategic planning efforts and to ensure adequate funding for Oklahoma's wastewater infrastructure, the OWRB is issuing a call for eligible wastewater projects and other pollution control/water quality activities that may require funding between State Fiscal Years (SFY) 2020 and 2024. This process does not obligate the participating authority or district to a specific project or dollar amount; the information gathered will only be used to assist the OWRB in tracking funding availability for potential projects.

SFY 2020 CWSRF Loan Forgiveness

Oklahoma's CWSRF will provide loan forgiveness in an amount equal to 10% of the capitalization grant to eligible recipients for eligible projects. Specific dollar amounts will be made available to OWRB's Financial Assistance Division toward State fiscal year start of July 1, 2019.

WHO is eligible for CWSRF Loan Forgiveness in SFY 2020?

Eligible recipients that meet the State's Affordability Criteria (as defined in the Intended Use Plan) are in communities with a population of 3,300 or less. There can be a maximum of one (1) loan forgiveness project per entity per state fiscal year.

WHEN is the DEADLINE for SFY 2020 loan forgiveness consideration?

Deadline for project Programmatic Application submission as a SFY 2020 CWSRF loan forgiveness candidate is Wednesday, May 29th, 2019.

All Programmatic Application loan forgiveness submissions AFTER May 29th, 2019 will not be considered for SFY 2020.

Standard CWSRF applications are accepted throughout the year.
