Today, we’re sharing a short introduction video and Service Oklahoma’s Strategic Plan.
This plan outlines where we are headed and the priorities that will guide our work in the years ahead. It is intended to create greater alignment across the agency, support decision-making and keep us focused on the work that matters most for Oklahomans.
It is also about equipping our employees to do their best work. Over the next five years, we will invest in better tools, clearer career paths, stronger leadership, more consistent workplaces and new ways to serve customers.

The Strategic Plan is organized around four pillars: Connected Services, Digital Services, In-Person Services and Culture. Together, these pillars reflect the work already happening across the agency and the direction we will continue moving together.
This plan is not meant to sit on a shelf. It is a tool to help teams understand how their work connects to the larger direction of Service Oklahoma and how each role contributes to making government services easier to access, simpler to navigate and worthy of the people we serve.
It also builds on the strong momentum already underway. Teams across the state have helped improve wait and transaction times, expand digital services and support the launch of a unified motor vehicle and driver license system with new capabilities for employees, partners and customers alike. The Strategic Plan will help guide and support that progress moving forward.
Beginning next week, teams across the agency will begin talking about the Strategic Plan and how it connects to their work.

Thank you for the work you do each day to support Oklahomans and move Service Oklahoma forward. We look forward to continuing this work together.
