Pending Legislation

There is pending legislation currently in the news this week that directly involves Service Oklahoma. Both bills have cleared the House and are headed to the Senate to be heard.

House Bill 3015 would provide the framework to allow Service Oklahoma to issue a mobile ID on a voluntary basis, but it will not replace a physical Driver License or State ID. Read and watch the full story at the link below.

House Bill 4153 would reintroduce the 8th Grade Reading Proficiency Standards that require teen drivers to meet those standards before being issued a Learner Permit or Driver License. Read the full story at the link below:
