Update: 2025 Tax Documents Now Available

This is a friendly reminder that your 2025 tax documents are ready. If you have questions about your tax documents, please email Human Resources at serviceok-hr@service.ok.gov. 

If you selected electronic delivery only for your tax documents, you can access them in Workday.

If you chose to receive both electronic and paper copies of your W-2, the paper copy was mailed to you by the required deadline of Monday, Feb. 2.

To view and change your W-2 election for 2026 in Workday, navigate to:

• Menu > Personal > Benefits and Pay
• Select "My Tax Documents" near the top of the page
• Click "Edit" to update your printing election
