It’s Monday, Feb. 16 (Presidents’ Day), and we are just hours away from BOOST going fully live statewide.
Last night, teams processed the first live transactions in the production environment. This real-world testing confirmed system stability and allowed for final refinements ahead of launch.
Cole Simpson performs one of the first transations in BOOST with FAST's Garrett Maddox.
Earlier today, eight Service Oklahoma locations and some licensed operators opened from 8 a.m. to noon and issued more than 200 new Oklahoma credentials. Transaction times were as low as seven minutes, and the Triage Team answered more than 500 calls from licensed operators.
Today’s soft opening gave more members of our team the opportunity to operate in a live environment and further confirm operational readiness. These transactions accomplished exactly what they were intended to do: reinforce system stability and prepare us for full statewide launch.
Tomorrow, BOOST officially goes live.
As with any implementation of this size, there will be continued learning and small adjustments along the way. That is expected. You have trained for this, tested for this and prepared for this.
This launch brings driver license and motor vehicle services onto a fully modernized, unified platform and positions us to deliver a faster, more seamless experience for Oklahomans.
Thank you for the preparation and partnership to this point. We are ready for go-live because of you.
