Earlier this week, we had the opportunity to spend a few minutes with Caitlin Owen, Chief Development and Support Officer. For the past 18 months, Caitlin has served as Project Manager for BOOST, partnering with teams across the agency to lead system planning, operational alignment and statewide implementation.

We asked her:
