Welcome to Volume 1, Issue 7 of the BOOST Bulletin: a place for bite-sized BOOST updates.
We Did It! It's Time to Celebrate You trained. You tested. You set up workstations, answered questions and supported one another and our partners. You adjusted schedules, worked long hours and showed up early when it mattered most.
And now, thanks to you, BOOST is officially live.
Tuesday marked our reopening to the public under a fully modernized, unified system. Together with our partners, we successfully processed more than 4,600 driver service transactions and more than 33,500 motor vehicle service transactions that day. This kind of volume was not just encouraging; it was a strong indicator the system is functioning and that our teams are adapting quickly.
We will continue refining processes, supporting locations and making adjustments where needed, but so far, our results demonstrate the system is delivering on its promise of a more unified, efficient service experience for Oklahomans.
You've got this! Now that we're live, real-time support remains at your fingertips. Available resources include:

Man on the Street Interview with Jack Day Over Presidents' Day weekend, we had the opportunity to spend a few minutes with Jack Day, Director of Service Operations and Performance. His team oversees our Driver License and Motor Vehicle store operations across the state.
We asked him:
“What excites you most about BOOST?”
His answer was on point as he explained that this isn't just a system upgrade, but an operational reset.
