Mark Your Calendars: Temporary Office Closures during Transition
As you know, all Service Oklahoma and Licensed Operator locations will be temporarily closed Thursday, Feb. 12 - Monday, Feb. 16 as we upgrade our system to bring motor vehicle and driver license services together. During this upgrade, all e-services on OkCARS and the Service Oklahoma website will also be offline.
OkCARS to Navigate
As we launch BOOST, Navigate will replace OkCARS as our new e-services platform providing a one-stop-shop for all motor vehicle and driver license needs. With expanded service offerings and an intuitive user experience, customers will benefit from a reduced need for in-person visits, faster overall service and greater convenience.
Note: Beginning Wednesday, Feb. 11, at 7 p.m., online transactions involving payments will be unavailable. However, all e-services will be back online Tuesday, Feb. 17.
Exciting News: Modern and Secure Credentials to Debut
We'll be introducing our new credentials to the public soon. Designed to represent the people and the places we call home, the new driver license and ID cards were inspired by Oklahoma's natural beauty and deep heritage. With cutting-edge security, the new cards will be among the most advanced in the nation - another reason to be proud to live in Oklahoma.

Did you know there are more than 40 Gear Shifts posted to the intranet? Each Gear Shift represents a process or service change shaped by employee input, customer feedback and nationwide best practices and standards. To learn more, visit the Gear Shifts page on our intranet.
Is your training complete?
If you have not completed your assigned training, please do so as soon as possible. Training will close at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 11. Remember, modules were designed to build on one another. Finishing training on time is essential to ensuring readiness for a successful launch.
